I mention in my discussions, the three processes by which I develop and write a book. One of the processes I mention usually starts with a restless night, tossing about and my mind on overdrive. Scenes come to me, and I make myself remember than against the day I put them into a book.

Crystal Blue Invasion is a book that came to me in this way, and the process is ongoing. The vehicle I use to talk about the story are my friends (in the literary world) Scott Marian and Leo “Gee” Galumalamana. They are the two, along with Gary Harrison who busted the illegal brothel out in the Knik River wilderness in the book That House Up The Knik.

Looking at reality, I’ve many friends in law enforcement in Alaska and just in the last few days, they made a huge bust and recovered enough Fentanyl to kill almost every single Alaskan.
This is a plague on the American people, and the world beyond, but it is being pushed big time.

In Crystal Blue Invasion, the guys take on a drug-pushing mastermind, whose undoing is his own genius. It really is true, and I’ve found it to be so, that when someone begins to think of themselves as too smart to be caught, that very arrogance is what gets them.

Crystal Blue Invasion will be out very soon and is a perfect example of intellectual brilliance versus good old Alaskan Bush Sense. Two great minds and a few lesser minds battle it out on the Last Frontier- one side in a desperate attempt to gain great wealth and leave the country, and the other in a bold battle for his community and state.
